Well, I think things have really turned around. I have only puked once in the past few days and it is like a dream come true! I wouldn't say that I am feeling "well," but at least I am functioning and able to get a few things done here and there. One big plus is that Miles has stopped lifting the lid and pretending to throw-up every time he sees the toilet. I'm really excited about that. As long as I have a constant flow of Tic-Tac's- I'll be fine. And yes, I believe in the power of a good placebo.
Moving on... (Pun absolutely intended) Today is the big day. The moving van is here and David has been working hard to get it loaded. If I were Andy Samburg from SNL I would say "we're gonna pack it up nice"- Well, I'd say it even if I wasn't him...
We're gonna pack it up nice.
And nice we have. In fact, David is finishing up the heavy stuff while Miles and I are selfishly waking up from a nap. I use pregnancy as an excuse for a lot of things.
Anyway, David begins the trek to Erie tomorrow morning at about 4 am. Good luck, my friend. Then we close on our very first purchase of a home on Monday! The youngings and I will be flying on July 6th so if you are in SLC and we haven't had our goodbye hangouts- call me right now. And if you're in Erie and want to become my best friend- call me on July 7th.
Peace to the mizzax.

I am going to be pissed if you are too busy to hang while we're up. Make time for me or else. Or else What? "Or else, I won't like you anymore." I am glad you are feeling better, hope it keeps getting more better.
I can't believe you would discourage your child from fake puking. That is increadibly funny.
I had no idea that Miles was doing that, that is HILARIOUS!! I love that kid! I am so excited for you guys to move out here! Although its kind of lame that I am coming home when you get out here. August we will for sure play! Maybe you can come down for Aspen's Birthday and stay with us!!!! Keep me posted, tell Dave good luck & I am sure I will talk to you next week! Glad your feeling a little better!!
p.s. I thought for sure you would be Jasmine!! LOL......"a whole new world" "...and now Cicely is going to do another dance..", "... I am now going to sing a whole new world as fast as I can....."
what if we live close to erie and I am your friend already? can we still hang out? just checking :)
I'm so happy to hear that you are feeling better, miles is a hoot. Best of luck in your move. I'm happy for you guys.
ahh i can't believe you are moving. i guess it doesn't matter to us since we don't live in the same city anyway. but it was just nice knowing you were utah. blogs will keep us in touch of course.
good luck in your travels.
Wow...it is so weird hearing about your move...We were in the exact same place this time last year.
I think you will really like it out here. There is a great group of girls (families) and we have a lot of fun togeather.
We will see you soon.

I am really bummed we havent hung out more and now you are moving. I cant tell you how glad I am that you are going to be here for the great parade. I will also be at your lunch today. Cant wait.
You are becoming a local celebrity with your 8 plus comments per post.. woo woo! So, I am wanting to see you soon, before you part ways. What are the plans for the next 6-ish days? Huh?? Huh.. sorry about the sickness, I dealt with that too with ALL my pregnancies.. whoever said it got easier with each one was high on THC.
Ha! Found you first. Hey, I have a question for you. What are you guys doing for health insurance? I'm starting to notice that it SUCKS for students.
CAn't believe moving time is here for you already! Glad to hear you're starting to feel better. Good luck with the travels and make sure you guys let someone know when you'll need help moving. See ya soon!!
Laura
Yay! For two things! I am glad you are feeling better and I am glad you are finally moving here! Can't wait to see you guys again!!! And to finally meet Miles!!!!!
I'll be calling you on July 7th...haha! I cant believe it is already here! YAHOO! See you soon!
Yeah, that completely sucks when you compose a beautiful message, just to have it vanish into the depths of nothingness. I feel your pain. Thanks for the kind words about our place. I think we'll be pretty comfortable there. As far as the insurance thing goes, I'm thinking along the same lines you are. I figure, isn't that what those programs are there for? Insurance through my school would be like $900 a MONTH! It's ridiculous. I'll pay for open heart surgery out of pocket before I'll do that. Anyway, I want to see pics of your place. Maybe you have some somewhere on your blog, so I'll check that out before I give you a hard time about it. Okay, my computer better not die on me right now...
Okay, sorry. Me again. I just had to mention, I saw your old post on Pride and Prejudice and I agree that the book is amazing. I want to BE Mr. Darcy. Okay, I'm going away now.
So sorry you have been so sick. I'm glad you're starting to have a few "functioning" moments.
Good luck with the move. We are really going to miss you!
Cicely, I hope you keep us posted on the blog. Send lots of pics of the new pad and the growing belly!! we will miss you guys, GOOD LUCK!
Hey! Can't wait to see you in Erie. Good luck with the move.
Good luck with the move. I found that unpacking was worse than packing. I hope you have some help with it and I hope you feel better!
Ditto on the sickness...our little one is due Dec 26th...I will pray for you if you pray for me. Keep the faith sista!
