Things that make you go hmm.....

Does anyone remember the C + C Music Factory? I do.

I have no intentions for this post. In fact, I just sat here for a good 45 seconds trying to come up with something to write. And nothing came to mind. I guess I will just pot some things I've been thinking about recently...

-I'm in the nursery in my ward. Today I was reading a story about dump trucks to a 2 year-old when he said this: "excavator!" How does this kid know what an excavator is? I didn't know what an excavator was until I read that book. How many other things don't I know that most 2 years do?

-The R button on my laptop comes off almost everytime I use it. It's awesome.

-Why do I feel bad that Miles doesn't know what an fork lift is?

-I wonder if my sister Sabrena ever gets mad that her childhood wish of getting a chocolate cake the size of the world never came true.

-I think I'm going to make myself a banana split.

-Miles wouldn't eat any lunch or dinner. Is it wrong for me to put him down for the night without giving him something to eat first? Am I starving my baby?

-I just started reading our book club book called- The Professor and The Madmad by Simon Winchester. I'm pretty sure I'm the stupidest person on the planet. I wish I was smart like Sabrena.

-I wish I was strong like Cassandra.

-I wish I was passionate like Celeste.

-I wish I was just like my Mom.

-I wish I could call my grandma right now.

-I really love my husband. Like more than a friend.

-Last night I had a dream that my belly got so big that David had to get a crane to lift me out of bed. And also most of my teeth had fallen out.

-This morning I wanted a crane to lift me out of bed. My teeth are still in tact.

-We stopped all TV watching and snacks at out our house. Miles is an entirely different person. I do feel bad that sometimes I down some marshmallows while he isn't looking, but I still do it.

-Sometimes I feel like if I wanted to badly enough I could write. Not well, but I could write. I could write my thoughts, my theories, or about my past and present and maybe what I want my future to become. I could put them all together in a random pattern and people could read them. Or not. And then I remember I have a blog. And I use it to do just that. I love blogging.

-I also love to say it. "Blogging."

Well, I guess that's all for now. I'm peacing out.

-Sister Cain

You are hilarious.
The number seven on my keyboard is completely gone. (Thanks Noah).
What bookclub? I want in!
I have heard that when you have dreams about your teeth falling out it is because of stress.
I'm glad you live in Erie...come to Wegman's tomorrow.

I love your randomness. I always say that if we put all my sisters together we would have a wonderful person because we all have different strengths and together it would be beautiful sisterness. Your thoughts on your sisters made me think of this.

I also think you could write. I love your blogging and I like saying the word too. Blogging.

Hope that crane works out for you.

The Professor and the Madman is actually a really good book, even if it is a true story about writing a dictionary. Let me know if you like it.

You're ha-larious! I think that you should do posts like this at least once a week. Make it like "Random Thought Mondays" or something. I would be a proud subscriber! That image of you sans teeth being lifted by a crane in priceless. Diddo on the banana split!

Is this book for the online book club? I thought you guys were still waiting for me to finish the vampire book. I'm still working on it. I'm not ready to move onto another book.

I had no idea you guys were one of those weird mormon famalies who throw away their TVs. When are you going to start home school?

Cicely,
I echo Spence's comments. You should watch the SNL Michael Phelps was on when he played a home-schooled kid from a compound who was dressed a lot like the people in Colorado City that shop at the WalMart in SG. ;)

Also, thanks for the street cred...But I think the fact that I still think that there is still time for my dream of a chocolate cake the size of the world to be realized may downplay any real evidence of my "smartness.";)

But I think as long as you steer clear of Fox News you'll be fine (and with ditching the TV it sounds like you're well on your way.) That network is a black hole...and way to "pro-Palin" to be trusted. ;)

Call me tonight, and I will read you the description from my dream books about teeth falling out...I used to have that dream all the time!

And I was laughing out loud at your post. I miss you too much for words.

If it makes you feel better, I'm missing a ctl? button...at least I think it is...the most bottom left one...its been gone so long we don't remember, but then again, it can't be too important if we've lived without it for this long ;-)

I have the "dental" dreams too...always comes when I'm having more stress than usual. Hang in there, pregnancy sucks...its a good thing we have such cute kids, right? I'm stoked for you about the girl thing...it really is so fun!

I am pretty sure you would kill me in Dr Mario. Super 3 is basically the only game I played for years and years. Thank you for saying I look good. I feel like a hippo. At least I only have two more months right? (I'm sure i'll feel more hippo-ish then). Why don't you post some pictures of you? Do you carry her different then with Miles? And what the freak are you going to name her?
