I would love it if you could stop using the city as your personal ash tray. Especially when you are waiting to turn left onto Kearsarge from Wegmans where you have left a carpet of cigarette butts. It's sad and disgusting.
Lets be a little nicer to our lovely city, please.

Biggest Loser Rules and Regulations.
This is adapted from the first Biggest Loser Competition...
I'm sooo excited that you guys want to do this with me! Here is how it's going to go down:
-I really want to do this in accordance with the show which means we will only have enough spots for 16 people. This season is not a couples season- sorry dudes.
- We will each be contributing $20.00 to the pot. Most of your money will go to the first prize winner and the rest of the money will be split for the 2nd and 3rd prizes. I promise I will take special care of your money.
- We will have our first weigh-in on Tuesday, Sept 15th that is next week! We will have to watch the show Tuesday night to see how things are going to roll and do our stuff accordingly the following week. I will expect your weigh-in information Tuesday morning. FYI- IF I DON'T RECEIVE YOUR STATS BEFORE EACH SHOW ON TUESDAY I WILL ASSUME THAT YOU ARE OUT OF THE COMPETITION. Apparently this is serious business. If you can't post your info you can call, text, email or hunt me down and I will do it for you. I will post all of my information on the blog.
- If someone is eliminated during the premiere- we will be eliminating two people the following week to catch up.
-We will not be voting. The percentage of body weight loss will be the only determining factor in our competition.
- Please be honest when posting. Please use the same scale from the first weigh-in to the last. You will be using your own scale and we are trusting you to do the right thing.
- I will try and give everyone in the group access to posting on the blog. If I miss you, please let me know.
- I think the most important things to post are your current weight (on said day) and your diet/work-out plan. Also, if you would like, you can post other things such as inches, goals, and (if you are brave) pictures. Please know that this is a very friendly competition and we won't make judgments or share the posted information with people outside of the competition. Please. :)
- Please feel free to post anything you want to about your weight loss journey. This is not only a competition, but a support group as well.

We have more people playing that I anticipated. If we can get 16 more people that would be great, if not we may have to make the cut where it stands. I have also been debating doing teams and averaging the percentage of weight lost between the couple.

I'm a Biggest Loser Contestant.

So my favorite show on television is The Biggest Loser and it is back in a big way starting next Tuesday the 15th on NBC.
Previously, I hosted a biggest loser blog to lose weight and to try and steal money from my friends. I worked my butt off and although I didn't get the prize $ at the end- I did get more fit than I have been in years and I enjoyed being naked which was my real reward. I lost 10% of my body weight and 16 lbs!
Recently I have been eating excessive amounts of Oreos and Havarti cheese. I'm ready to start my exercise program again and I want you to be a part of it.
I am doing things a little differently this time: I'm taking my cue from the show and we will be eliminating one person each week- that is- if there is an elimination on the show that week. I think this way it will be easier to stay motivated the whole time and not put it off until later.
I know this is short notice, but if you are interested in participating- let me know quickly! We will be starting the competition on Tuesday. I hope we can get at least 16 contestants on our show.
